This practice can be challenging!

We will practice in a small group guaranteeing that you will improve  faster and feel the  benefits immediately.

Together we will mindfully move from one Asana (Yoga pose) to another through a creative dynamic yoga sequence, guided by our own breath or flowing at a slower pace to build strength not only in different body parts but also in our mind through holding an Asana (Yogapose) for longer.
