Let's Do SUP Yoga Together! *

Step out of  your comfort zone: and let's get off the mat and onto the board!  It's fun, challenging  and eventually  refreshing to try something different, whether it's Spring, Summer or Fall.

Why not do a 1on1? We can work together on whatever you want to achieve or try out. I provide you a board, a location for practice and we can check out the Lakes around Bloomfield Hills- West Bloomfield Area. Pictures included!

Usually my teaching begins with meditation, pranayama, followed by a warm up, asana practice with a focus on core and flexibility. There will be enough time to explore yoga and learn the technics and twists. At the end you will be rewarded with a nice shavasana (resting pose). This is a great opportunity to really focus yourself on your tempo and practice.  Less worry, more fun, more time- no rush.  

 

* Must be able to swim :-)
